Refund & Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your HolyStitch bag must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at gospelstitch.help@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use or wear, items returned after the 30-day window, or orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Sale items are eligible for return under the same 30-day conditions unless marked final sale.
Order Cancellations
Because each bag is prepared to order, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order has entered preparation and can no longer be cancelled — you may return it under the standard return policy once delivered.
European Union Customers
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. The conditions above regarding item condition apply.
