Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each HolyStitch bag is prepared and quality-checked to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or peak seasons are outside our control.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.
